ok ive read on one of the post that the guard will ask and look for your appoinment letter.. until at this time we havent received the packet3 we just downloaded it based on the fellow VJers advice.

you simply print the confirmation they sent you through email when you scheduled for your interview. and no no more payments.

no packet 3, if u mean the instruction letter or what they called eligibility letter that's fine sometimes its really late to come... what imp. is the schedule of the interview and the receipt of the payment of the visa interview...

sorry i was under the impression OP was asking if there was another fee they have to pay in the embassy.

no you don't have to pay for visa delivery.

yes cfo = 250+400+150 handbook (optional)
