we have been waiting since October and still havent got our NOA2, so be patient and good luck.

AOS journey

09-29-2006 getting married

10-20-2006 send AOS + EAD

10-26-2006 NOA

11-01-2006 touch AOS

11-14-2006 biometric appt.

11-03-2006 email from CRIS about RFE

11-27-2006 RFE sent back

12-06-2006 email that they received RFE

12-07-2006 touch AOS

12-12-2006 touch AOS

12-13-2006 touch AOS

12-26-2006 letter about AOS Interview date

01-25-2007 AOS touched

01-28-2007 email from CRIS EAD approved, card is being issued

01-28-2007 AOS touched

02-01-2007 recieved EAD card in mail :-)

02-06-2007 Interview, not approved FBI name check pending

02-08-2007 touch

03-20-2007 email from CRIS: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

03-21-2007 touch

03-23-2007 email from CRIS: card production ordered

03-26-2007 touch

03-30-2007 Welcome to the United states of america letter received

03-31-2007 Green card received (for 2 years)

any body here filed K1 last november 2005 at california service center?what is the normal processing time for k1 at USCIS office(CA)its almost 3 months still no NOA 2 yet... :crying:

I guess CSC is pretty busy and unfortunately there is a huge delay in sending out NOA2.

I have been already waiting for my NOA2 for almost 3 months.

Vermont is working really fast on K1-petitions.

Just hang in there and be patient.

K1-Timeline

10/3/2005: Petition sent to CSC

11/3/2005: NOA 1

02/21/2006: touched

02/22/2006: touched

02/27/2006: Emailnotification..... we got approved...

03/04/2006: Got pack 3 from Frankfurt..... thats fast

03/09/2006: Sent pack 3 back to Frankfurt

03/14/2006: Faxed checklist

03/23/2006: Received Pack 4

04/03/2006: Interview at Frankfurt

There are lots of us going through CSC....we've been waiting since Nov 14 for a NOA2. Patience... and in the meantime....

Sorry everyone is having to wait for NOA 2 now. You have to remember that we had holidays upon holidays for Nov, Dec, and some in January. Hopefully everyone will get their approvals soon.
