Yes, he will get it! When you pay the IV and send all docs everything go really fast! Maybe in 1 week you are done with NVC.

I am very sad for read about the 3 to 4 months waiting after de CC.. and my husband is very upset about the whole process... and we are praying to have the interview scheduled ASAP.

I do not think it will take that long. We got our case complete letter and had an interview scheduled about 2 months later (which we delayed another 9 months). Also you can send an email to the embassy if you want, maybe they can set up an earlier appointment if you explain your circumstances (once you have received case complete, of course).

Some unrequested advice for dressalsl - I see from your info that you have been married 1 year 7 months. Have you (or your husband, haven´t read enough to know who is the USC) considered waiting 5 months to enter the US? Not to have the interview, just the entry - if you enter more than 2 years after you are married you enter as an IR1 and don´t have to adjust status in 2 years, saving time, $, and hassle. After so much time waiting to be together, a couple extra months might be worth it. Before I decided to move to Spain, that is what we were going to do.

Good luck!
