It sounds like the CO thinks you both fell in love too quickly....

What email was he talking about? Was it one of the first emails you wrote to each other?

How well do you speak and understand English? Does she speak your language?

In the last 22 months you have spent one vacation together for 19 days.

This might be a problem also.

I am trying to find what reason the CO had to revoke your petition.

Different religions

Known each other short time before saying love

only 19 days together in 22 months.

Previous American Fiance petitioned you but 1 week before the interview you broke up

Did not cancel the petition in writing

Your fiance really needs to come on VJ so we can tell her what to do.

I do not know much about fiance petitions

But I know when they go back to USCIS they just let them expire

and most people just get married and file for a spouse visa

and they address all the red flags the first interview had in their paperwork of the I-130

I hope someone who has been able to get the petition to stay at the embassy for fiance can come on here and give you advice

You fiance needs to call or email the embassy asking for another interview and asking that they keep the case at the embassy.

Your fiance needs to contact her congressman or Senator tomorrow and get them involved in contacting the embassy to hold the case at the embassy and ask why they doubt the relationship

It's the first American fiancé that's causing the problem. How long after that interview did you meet your current fiance? What were the reasons your ex gave to the consulate as to why she was canceling the petition?

zeroing in the the first K1 did she really cancel correctly? or she just told him? Would that create another hurdle if it was not cancelled?

Because unfortunately the odds are against OP. Unless the USC will fight and speak up for their relationship ...it looks like CO at CASA had a lot of red flags to question. If your fiance is shy this is no time to stay quiet. Farid listen to what togetherforever13 is writing very carefully and learn from her...it is good advice.

I think he is referring to the email address. The address had something like need love in it and the CO thinks that the email account was created just so he could find a US fiancee. Add this to the fact that OP has already gown down the K1 route before with another USC, the CO feels the main objective of the OP is to get to the US. This is why there is lack of evidence for bonafide relationship.

No one is saying that it's uncommon to meet online. Thousands of couples meet online nowadays. But it sounds to me like the CO reacted to your name being "need love" and already having had a USC file a petition on your behalf just a year earlier. To the CO, it sounds like you go on dating sites to find an American to marry, just to get a visa. I'm not judging you here, I'm just saying how the CO will look at it.

COs have very limited time to make big decisions, often with little information to go on. The fact that she makes good money isn't really proof of anything - just proof that she can provide for you.

The pictures you had, how many pictures were there? Were these pictures of you two in one setting, or were they many different pictures from many different places and days?
