Whether your country is Morocco or Egypt, you still haven't answered any questions we have regarding your case.

What did they ask you? What did they tell you? Where there any questions they specifically pushed you on?

We all want to help, but no one here can help you if we don't know anything about what happened!

MozMoz11 was attempted with assistance even in Arabic by another VJ member..Maybe he can post his questions to him again???...this is now a little circus and sadly getting worse. :innocent:

Mozmoz,

Did you interview in Morocco? If you did please change your flag

Go into your profile and click EDIT/ADD change the 6th box down to Casa or Morocco

It is not fair to represent the wrong country. And Morocco does things Much different then Egypt so your answers will be based on Egyptians experience and you need Moroccans experience at Case

If YOU cant help...then it is hard to imagine any better info!!! :D

If you want to be helped, then you have to explain your case, so VJ users can help you accordingly.

Be honest, I see that VJ members are making alot of effort to type alot of valuable content for you, but you have not responded properly.

As far as we can figure out...with reading between the lines...I can guess the only assured thing from MozMoz11 is he started out in Morocco...

The best option would be to re-apply, but make sure you will cover all of the red flags that came during the interview.

This is not an option for spousal visa cases; approved spousal visa petitions never expire. USCIS will take action on it when they receive it back (reaffirm or issue NOIR).

pol - say hi to Moz !! you two have similar problems.

Perhaps if you two shared info, you might find the common area for fixing.

Good Luck !

Topic has been moved from AOS forum to CR-1 forum as it refers to a spousal visa

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

This depends how long it takes the petition to leave the consulate. This could take 6 weeks, to a few months. Once the USCIS receives the petition, the average time for NOIR is 6 months. USCIS will let you know when the get your petition. It took us almost 9 months to get ours. I suggest you enjoy your lives while you wait, otherwise it will make you crazy. Good luck
