Hi, I got some issues trying to find an update version of DS230 FORM. I went to USCIS website and another US goverment websites and I couldn't find it. The most recent version expired on February 29. My interview is in about 3 weeks and the only thing I need to be done is that form.

What should I do? Fill that form or wait?

Thanks in advance

DS 230 is an embassy form - not a USCIS form. Use the form that is currently listed, it only becomes invalid when they replace it with a new one.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I know is a embassy form, but here in Venezuela we don't have a 3 o4 packages. The embassy doesn't send you anything, just an email with you interview appointment and the things you have to bring with you. Well, I rather to wait a little longer, if I can't find a new version for late march I will use the old one :s

Thanks!!!

hi Andrea!

you may know this alraedy because I am responding so late, but there is now a form that expires 3/31/12. This is the form that I am using but I am a little nervous that they may update it again too before our interview.

take care!

REF: DS-230

the one I found the first part expires today April 30th. 2012

But, the second part says expired on Feb 29, 2012

My concern is to fill out that form and that the day of the interview, or before, they reject that. Actually it might cause a big delay for an application ...

2012-06-07 Case Completed at NVC/NVC Left THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

...wating for the interview appointment on July : )

It is Department of State form (that's why it's called "DS") so best thing is to download it from the DOS website (state.gov).

The last updated version you can find is on their website, which is the one analet is talking about.

Here: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf

Don't bother about the version, the forms rarely change much from one version to another. If that is the last version on the State website, you're safe.

My embassy sent me forms by mail, and they were very old!! It just doesn't matter as the content really doesn't change much each time they update them.
