Hey everyone, quick question. In the next couple of days, I will be sending in some medical documents to expedite the case. I will be translating the letter from the doctor/specialist, but I want to know, do the result papers needs to be translated as well. For example, blood tests, ultrasound scans, etc..do these need to be translated as well? Thanks to everyone in advance.

01/10/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/12/2012 - I-130 Received

01/17/2012 - NOA1 Email/SMS Received

03/16/2012 - NOA2

NVC Stage - 20 Days

03/19/2012 - NVC Case Received

04/05/2012 - NVC Case Number Received

04/06/2012 - AOS Bill Invoiced

04/07/2012 - AOS Bill Paid

04/16/2012 - IV Bill Invoice Email Received

04/17/2012 - IV Bill Invoiced and Paid

04/18/2012 - Medical Exam Completed/Passed

You should translate everything you will be sending them. It would be helpful to send them more documentation, as expedites are not approved that easily. The more evidence you have the better chance you will have.
