You are a U.S citizen you don't have to stay home you can leave to be with your spouse if that's what you want. I been with my spouse sin May but since the U.S embassy here in Argentina doesn't have DCF, I had to send my petition to the Chicago Lockbox which was then transferred to the CSC. Now since you already sent you petition back in August, it's only a matter of time for you to get your noa2. Now if you are sponsoring your husband, then it is extremely recommended that you stay because if you don't then you will loose your job and you will need a sponsor when it comes to the NVC stage. If you can get a vacation from your job then you can go visit your husband.

I know that I can leave the US now but I thought I had to come back when the NOA2 comes.. Also, Im not working at the moment so my parents are the ones who are supporting, does that mean I dont have to be here at all right? Like I can stay with my husband even when the NOA2 comes or will they need me for the NVC stage even though i dont work? They dont need any signitures from me or anything right? Thanks for you reply :)

Really? I would so leave then. You don't have to stay. You do on the other hand have to sign and pay 2 other fees during the NVC stage but since your not working , your parents will be helping with that correct? You then have to sign other forms and send the payments, of course your parents can mail you the forms overseas so you can sign and then send them back to them so they can mail them with the payments. It's going to take longer though since mail from abroad takes longer to be delivered. Also, you being with your spouse will help during the visa stage when your spouse attends the interview. and you are welcome. I'm not clear on the whole NVC stage but if you type NVC STAGE on the search bar, you will get the information you need.

Seems to me 25th is your received date or NOA1 and 30th is a notice that your petition has been transferred to CSC.
