Hey to all you march filers, I filed in february and am still waiting for my NOA2 and am now at 7.5 months (225 Days). It seems like the approval will never come but sooner or later it has to. Good luck to all still waiting. :thumbs:

I had to warn the April filers. They are having a party in there, getting excited. Hope the same thing doesn't happen to them.

I really hope it isn't so, but I think we are going to be ignored until after the election.

well, it happens to every month, though - remember? a while ago we were talking about how vermont usually starts approving the next month when they're at about 50% on igor's list... it's just bad luck who gets left behind at first. but this is nothing unusal, so you are all still getting your approvals! don't worry too much and don't think they lost your files or anything! i know it sucks big time - but at least, maybe knowing this happens each month helps you keep your spirits up a little? it could be any day now for everyone of you guys still waiting! so don't give up! and don't think they skipped you - they didn't. there's just some guy who is done with his petitions and got the next few from the box - apparently there were no more march petitions in the box, wich means that all yours are on someones desk already!!!!!! :thumbs:

President Barack Obama enjoys the backing of 70% of likely Latino voters, according to a CNN/ORC International poll, slightly higher than the 67% of Latinos who voted for him in 2008. Polling also showed that 56% of registered voters said the main focus of U.S. policy on undocumented immigrants should be developing a plan that would allow them to become legal residents. That's a change from a year ago, when 55% said the focus should be on deporting undocumented immigrants and stopping more from coming to the United States.

This wknd i heard of a couple people who sent their paperwork for this dream act 2 wks ago and they got their approval and fingerprints appointment, all in approx 2 wks....

Hi everyone... just catching up on the overnight news.... :unsure: no happy faces ...

Since things seem to have take off a bit over the last day or so, maybe the Dream Act files have been put aside for now and more will start to come through (she says hopefully). Let's see how the rest of the week goes. Nothing I can do until our Infopass on Friday, but we've had so many major setbacks, I don't even bother to cross my fingers anymore. What a process... its gotta be real love, right?

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
