If you are appealing a decision by a USCIS officer denying a visa petition (I-130 application). List the name and “A” number of the beneficiary at the top

of Form EOIR-29. The beneficiary is not allowed to sign the Form EOIR-29. Only the petitioner is allowed to sign Form.

WARNING! You must:

l Sign the Notice of Appeal (item # 9).

l Include the fee or Fee Waiver Request (Form EOIR-26A).

l Complete and sign the Proof of Service.

l Make sure your appeal is received at the Board on or before the filing due date.

Nobody can really give you any indication of whether "it" will be enough, because we don't know the totality of circumstances that resulted in the denial in the first place. I would caution you whenever you say, "the already have it". Even if they already have what YOU think they needed, that's no assurance what you initially sent was the correct document. If they said they didn't have some kind of marriage certificate and you sent them exactly what you sent before, then they still don't have it. That's because you sent the wrong document to begin with. Sure, sometimes they'll ask for something they already have, but in an appeal, they would generally not ask for anything specific. YOU send what YOU think will change their mind.

You haven't explained enough about your situation for anybody to know if they are in a similar situation. Nevertheless, there are people here who are not and have not been in a similar situation who may well be able to help you. I'm one of them but neither I or anybody else here knows enough about your situation to have any idea what you should have done or whether it will be enough. Paint us a clear and detailed picture and maybe we can help. It's a little late though. The time to help is BEFORE you send things to USCIS, not after,

Now you need to take this very very serious and not just throw together a small package and say that is good enough. You need to present evidence like a lawyer.

You need to send all the proof yu sent with the I-103 and the NOIR and you need to send every other piece of evidence ou can find.

You need to organize all the pictures and chats and webcams in order of either dates or events so the person it goes to will have no problem following the evolution of your relationship.

You need to separate each section. You can organize it by dates or months or visits. But it must be organized and show your time together or years or months.

You need someone to sign forms that states she is livign with you and has been for so many months. You should have your parents or otehr family members sign a form that states they accept your marriage

Also for everything that is said on the notice you must write an explanation of each thing they sent you.

Also have a nice organized cover letter showing what is in each section of your packet. Example:

cover letter:

Chats

phone bills

emails

photos

letters from family and friends

Household bills

her credit cards that she is using in your country

flight tickets

hotel bills

This is not a joke. This is your last chance

Do it right

Good Luck

This is the 3rd page of the 3 page NOIR, which is general info, because I had the same one. The page with the reasons for the denial are on page 2. Could you show us that one?

Never give up on anything God has told you to believe for; never quit doing anything He has clearly shown you to do. Your diligence will pay off with a blessing from God." -Joyce Meyers
