Saylin Hubby called and sindy(the same lady who gave me my case #) said they approve/accept our AOS package.There's no checklist.She also said IV fee will be invoice soon.May be next week. :)

NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

When did nvc receive your package?

Not sure, they were sent with Express mail from AK on the 26th, so maybe on the 27th. I started calling asking about it on the 28th

My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

Ummm...just got an email from the congressman that we'd contacted with our USCIS concerns. We did NOT contact them yet about NVC...and they've already been following up with NVC about our case, to help out. WHAT?!?! :thumbs::dance::wow::D:o

I tried to order my IRS transcript online and before I was always getting the "You cannot order a transcript for the year you selected" But today I saw the message, that you have already ordered a transcript for this year, please wait 2-4 weeks to receive the transcript. I don't know how I ordered it, I don't remember when but oh well, I suppose it is on its way.
