Greetings,

We received NOA on August 21st. I keep checking the case status online, but our I-130 is still pending. Today is February 27th (so, its been more than 6 months already!). I am little bit worried. What are my options? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I am a US citizen, filed for my Russian wife. She went to Russia to sell her condo and now waiting there for her visa...

Don't call yet. You should be getting your NOA2 any day now. assuming you're at CSC, they've changed the "5 month" wait and they post their current petition date on the website. Wait this week out and then call. According to the stats done by Paisaman, end of Aug filers will be getting approvals this week. Just a suggestion.

March 19, 2012 - Case received at NVC (in building)

April 02, 2012 - Received case #, IIN, submitted email addresses

April 03, 2012 - AOS bill invoiced & paid; 'IN PROCESS'

April 03, 2012 - emailed DS-3032

April 04, 2012 - AOS fee cleared from bank account

April 06, 2012 - DS-3032 acceptance email received

April 10, 2012 - AOS payment 'PAID'; AOS package sent

April 16, 2012 - AOS accepted/completed

Hi, my NOA1 for I 130 was on August 18 and I still haven't received any letters. If there is a email address i can email to, can you please give me the email add. I have called multiple times and they haven't been that helpful.

what is their website for their current petition date? i've checked my case status at www.uscis.gov. there it still shows a processing time of 5 months.

2003 - met online

12-09-2010 - met for the first time

12-11-2010 - engaged

06-07-2011 - married

09-27-2011 - I-130 sent

09-29-2011 - NOA1

04-04-2012 - I-130 approved

05-14-2012 - NVC Case number received

06-26-2012 - Case completed

08-02-2012 - VISA APPROVED :)

My I-130 was received on Aug. 22nd, and i am still waiting an answer. I just hope it comes soon.

Green Card issued 9/28/2014 after filing I-601 Wavier

Removal of Conditions
6/6/2014 - Meeting with Lawyer to start process
7/15/2014 - ROC mailed
7/24/2014 - Received at USCIS
8/11/2014 - Biometric appointment notice received
8/18/2014 - Biometric appointment

10/24/2014 - ROC Approved!

I have also submitted I-130 form on July 22nd 2011. I have received only NOA1 on July 25th 2011. Till then I haven't received any document from USCIS. Please let me know if you guyz received and how long did it take to get NOA2.

1. get a case id number from customer service.

2. then go to http://infopass.uscis.gov/ to schedule a appointment with a officer there.

3. demand that you want to know why it is taking so long. and maybe they can help you.

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

Where do you see that they are at Sept filers already? Everytime I click on the link provided I only get a blank screen?

Can you please help me find out where they tell you what date tehy are at right now?
