I get my pay stub online and salary direct deposited to the bank. When I print pay stub from company intranet, it does not print any company logo or letterhead. There is Company Name on the paystub, but there is any official logo. Will this be accepted as valid proof of income? Does it have to be on official letterhead? I am sending Employment Verification letter which has company logo.

Does the paystub include the name of your employer in text? If so, you should be fine.

My paystubs do not have the company name. The important information is the income to date and to show steady pay. The employment letter backs this up as valid information. We had no issues with the I-134 at the Embassy stage or the I-864 for AOS. You should be just fine with what information you have to provide.

Both my wife's employer and mine use ADP for their payroll processing. Neither her direct deposit "pay stubs" nor mine contain the employer's logo. This is very common. Won't be a problem.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
