Hi all,

I hope this isn't one of the questions that gets asked all the time and annoys everyone around here.

As I understand from the VJ guides, we can submit bills/insurance documents/leases as proof of our ongoing relationship. My question is, do all these documents have to cover the entire two years of our relationship since obtaining the GC? I ask this because our lease is about 25 pages per year, our cellphone bill is 25 pages per month(!), etc.

Yes the documents need to span 2 years of your marriage and relationship.

You do not include 25 pages per month. You include 1 page showing the names and address, Usually the first page when you print it out. Then you print the one from 3-4 months later etc until the documents show 2 years.

You include one piece from every few months not all pages from every month.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Agree with Inky. You need to SPAN the 2 years, but that doesn't mean every month of every year, or every page. They're interested in the part that lists your name, not your call records, or the fineprint of your lease documents.

Here is my list: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/292745-2-year-conditional-green-card-whats-next/page__view__findpost__p__4435090

But don't forget, you have to send in more important documents like monetary relationships during your Conditional Residency ( bank accounts, mortgage payments, car payments etc....) & most importantly last 2 years Jointly Filed IRS Income Tax Return Transcripts. Good Luck !.....
