Hello guys just quick question. I am filing in May for USC. I will have my interview in Los Angeles. By any chance do you guys know if I can request to just have my oath at the time of the interview and get it over with?

RD: 04/02/07

ND: 04/09/07

Received Receipts: 04/12/07

Received FP NOA: 04/16/07

FP Appointment: 05/03/07

LUD 485 & 765: 05/04/07

Received INTERVIEW NOA: 05/14/07

Interview Date: 7/13/07 @ 10:35 AM (CANCELLED BY USCIS! 6/20/07)

LUD 765: 6/13/07 (Card Production Ordered)

LUD 485 & 130: 6/20/07

LUD 485 & 130: 6/21/07

Received EAD: 6/22/07

New Interview Date: 7/31/07 @ 10:40 AM APPROVED!

If Los Angeles is offering a same-day oath, you might be offered it, but you cannot request.

depends on the field office...many do same day oaths but more don't

01/06/2012 - N400 sent to Lewisville, TX

01/09/2012 - N400 Received

01/12/2012 - Check Cashed

01/17/2012 - NOA Received Priority Date 01/09/2012

01/23/2012 - Biometric Letter Mailed

01/26/2012 - Biometric Letter Received Appointment Date 02/02/2012

01/27/2012 - Early Biometrics Completed

02/06/2012 - Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02/07/2012 - Interview Letter sent out

02/11/2012 - Interview Letter Received

03/19/2012 - Interview Scheduled and APPROVED!

04/18/2012 - I'm a US CITIZEN!!
