Hey everyone, just wanted some clarifications on a couple of questions:

- On the DS-230 I, in Line 11 it asks for the address (and phone number) in the United States where I want my Permanent Residence Card mailed to, if different from address in item #10. I know not to leave it blank, so should I write in, "Same as item #10" ?

- On DS-230 II, on line 39, it asks for Petitioner's name and adress, and then Telephone Number and E-mail Address. Just to confirm, they are asking for the Petitioner's phone number and e-mail, correct?

- On I-864EZ, for line 9, it asks for the Beneficiary's Place of Residence (if different from mailing address.) My mailing address is the same as my residence, so should I fill in "Same" into all the lines?

- For the Affidavit of Support/I-864EZ, we will be using only my husband's Tax Transcripts. Is there any harm in showing the last three years, or should we just stick to the most recent tax year? I told him to order the last three years just because, hey, they're free, but I would also like to know if there's any reason why it's beneficial to show the last three years versus just the most recent.

Thanks guys! :star:

On the DS-230 I, in Line 11 write in "SAME AS ITEM #10"

On DS-230 II, on line 39 they are asking name and adress of the petitioner ,Telephone number and email address.

ON I-864 line 9 where is written "Street Number and Name (include apartment number) answer "same as item #8"

The I-864ez asks just a copy of your most recent individual Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year.

There is no harm in showing the last three years, some Consulates require the last 3 years (I don't know if Montreal is one of them). The post by sandranj implies that you cannot use transcripts for the I-864EZ which is incorrect, if you opt to only submit the most recent tax year, you can use the transcript.

Regarding tax transcript:

1) What if we submitted our returns to IRS but the transcript is not available to order since it was just recently submitted. What do do then?

Include Tax transcript of 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 Amended return + 2011 w2?

I'm going send my Amended 2011 returns next week, so thats why i ask if i get to NVC before my 2011 amended tax transcript is available.

Thank you !
