I-129 Packet

Hey everyone!!

I'm back for another question, sorry I'm just so new to this all and the evidence for packet I-129F is a bit overwhelming.

Anywho, my fiance and I are digging through our old boxes and that searching for all of our boarding passes, etc.... we can't find a few of the boarding passes, but you can clearly see the stamps in our passports and we do have the itineraries for those. Is that ok, or is it mandatory to have the boarding passes as well?

It is not mandatory - your picking to hard at it. Just include what all you have.

Copy all of the passport stamps the two of you have and copies of the boarding passes that you can actually find. We only had one set of boarding passes to send with our I-129F and it was fine, we photocopied my passport stamp also. We sent my travel itinerary just because we had it there and thought we might as well. It's not really primary evidence though because it doesn't prove that you got on the plane, just that you booked the flights.

Make sure you make a color copy of the passport stamp as well as the information page to prove that it is your passport. Do you have hotel receipts, atm or bank receipts/statements any such items that prove that you were in the country visiting (They are considered primary evidence). Pictures of both of you together is considered secondary evidence of meeting. Make sure you include them also.
