i dont know how you feb filers gonna manage. im seeing 147 filers on igors list for VSC, it was less than that for jan and they are taking over 3 months to approval them. i think you all might have to wait about 7-8 months to get approved. the system sucks. CSC will soon be done with March before VSC is done with January

CSC almost done with March? I filed mid Feb and still no word.. sure hope they haven't forgotten about my file..

Was wondering the same. Weekends? Government employees working? Surely not. Pushing 170 days since my NOA1, I'm beginning to wonder if they work at all...

acutally I put passport stamps and only 15 Pictures...

Now I just got done with the RFE paperwork I did all 3 Itineraries with all my flights I took, I included 2 of the actual receipts. I put 12 new pictures of us around town and in front of popular places in Morocco. I put a hotel receipt and my original boarding passes I have around here...

It should be enough I dont have anything else

Funny thing I noticed there are about 10-12 petitions after me that were feb 24th too! and all got RFE'd the same day? :wow: Coincidence I dont think so, But I'm happy it will be there around Tuesday Morning, Taking it to the Post office for NEXT DAY OR EVEN SAME DAY EXPEDITED!

Hey Guys!!

For all the ones that are waiting for NVC to process their petitions. Don't let it get you down what they say when you call them!! My fiance called a couple of days ago and asked if they received the petition, they asked for the case number and everything but I don't think they really checked it...They told him to call back in 20 days, well...last friday I got a letter in the mail from my Embassy that they received our case!!!

So stay positive:D! Good luck everybody

Wow...Yes. Sounds like they hit you with an arbitrary RFE. The Passport stamps and pictures are often enough as long as the stamps are dated. Pictures should never be a problem as they are only secondary evidence (it's impossible for them to determine an actual date for when a picture was taken). You need to include a few but they should never make or break an application at this stage. Hopefully the addition of those other items will satisfy them. Some strange RFEs lately from both centers for sure.
