Wow, every day I run numbers - it doesn't change anything but gives me something to do that feels like something. I've just pulled a number up that stops at 'decision'. The text explains that the petition has been denied. I've never seen one before. It stopped me cold.

Not sure I want to look anymore... :(

Called USCIS today, they wouldn't give a service request because they're apparently working on Feb 6 and thus still within processing times. They said that the petition should be adjudicated by next week. I guess we'll see.

Well, after a much needed break from Visa Journey (all of these 60-80 day approvals were making me go nuts) I'm back. So, we've sent back our RFE as of yesterday. Let's hope that the NOA2 comes soon. It's 7 months to the day since I actually mailed in the i-129f. I swear if I knew it was going to take this long I might have just said screw it and married him....

Thanks Andie, yes we do. I'm just so sick of our lives being in limbo for so long. We even got optimistic and applied for our marriage license today. It is good for 65 days. The worst that can happen is we will be out $30.00. The best that could happen is that we can use it soon... lol

hope all is well with yours as well.

Actually I've seen later activity than that since yesterday - 3 approvals for 14th Feb and 18 for 21st Feb as an example....

Yes... know exactly what you mean. Its just wasted time really.

He has been in discussion with them ... I think things might finally be moving, but who knows how fast - I've stopped guessing. The marriage license is a great idea - I like the positive thinking..

Oh well... back to the popcorn :pop:

womp womp, it's just all I can say. Images of our wedding pop up every second so it's hard not to think about anything else.

On a brighter note, I found shelter in Rotterdam from September till the end of torture and a nice job at Clarks shoe store. Kinda different than teaching history but hey, it will keep me busy. My one suitcase, carryon and backpack are ready for me to pick them up and for the last time in a long while walk through customs, this time with a big pack of paperwork.

Do we have a wizzard among us? One that can say 'bling' and then we all get approved?
