Me too.

It's so disappointing the way they process our applications which is very random. You may see approvals from middle of February filers, while the beginning of February filers are still pending for no reason, just because no one even looked at their application. So frustrating !!!!!!!

Well, I just called USCIS. The guy was really nice and said he would bet on my having an approval by the 20th of August at the latest. He said, they only issue so many visas so if there aren't enough some people get skipped and must be doubled back to later? He also said if I don't hear word by the 20th to call back and at that point I will definitely be considered out of their spectrum of 'reasonable' days or whatever. At that point I can put in a service request. He made it sound like the visas were just starting to come around/wrap up for beginning of Feb. So, hopefully, that's good news for some of you. He also promised they had not lost my visa, hah.

It did! That and VJ. This site does really help, even if you are just commiserating with people in a similar situation it makes you feel a lot less alone in the ordeal.

I ran through the first set of numbers on my list, just really quickly an hour or so ago... there was not ONE change :(

I did up to Feb 13 applicants, then I actually had to get some work done. LOL.

We did it ourselves, but said if we hit any little snags we would hire a lawyer straight away. Nick had a friend of that family who came here after getting married to a USC and that's what she had suggested to us. Seems like so far so good? Knock on wood.

Oh myGod VSC!! just outsource your workload to other countries.

Work overtime, hire more, drink steroid, I don't care.

We're back to June again, no activity. This is unacceptable. It's not like it's a free service for non profit. Our tax plus fees pay for their vacation and donuts.

At least email us something, "Hey, chill out, we're understaffed your stuff is still there we'll get to it. Sorry bro." and I'd be like, "You got it dude". :)

Idk something. something so we know.

I know. I can't believe we didn't see a single approval today. I can't take much more of this. My upbeat hopeful attitude for the week is dropping off pretty sharply after today being such a total dud!
