Round Way Ticket

Reason for Visit.

This is only what I seen in the past. Seems agreeable to almost all members.

I have a valid turist visa! its probally going to be valid til i get the k-1 since it expires in setember of 2013! Its just that last time i whent to the usa it was xmas and i whent to the second interview and it was horrible they were litterally mocking me! like saying things like i wouldnt let my daughter stay with her 21 year old boyfriend! and at the end they even wished me happy bday (it was 3 days til my 21st bday) so im a little scared to travel there for a while, but we want to put the k-1 in motion as soon as possible so i can go as soon as im done with school, but i still want to visit him during this year!

Dreams come true...

If you have the visa, good for 6 months at least, should be no problem. If anything comes up about K-1 petition, just say it is visit, and you plan to return to complete petition legally. Just opinion... as they can do what they like at the border control.

Don't worry too much. Just bring a lot of proof of ties back home like letter from school and work and round ticket.

Also bring a copy of NOA1 if you have filed for the K-1.
