Your K-1 is a Finace/Fiancee Petition. They are the same. You were denied from what appears the USCIS Level and never sent to the Consulate. But, there is a record of Denial. You were both denied: The Petition and a K-1. They are the same. Clarification OK.

Do you even know the reason for Denial?

I explained the reason for the denial in one of my posts. There was an address mistake made on the papers. There were two different addresses for me that did not match because I have two different addresses I am a resident of one country but I work and live in another country... (I am an expat). They needed only one address and we put two.....that was the reason why they sent the package back to redo it. I do not know if they consider it as a denial....

I will correct myself: The Petition 129-F must be Approved First in hopes of a K-1 Visa Approval.. What I stated above was confusing. Sorry.

I did'nt read your other posts. sorry. But, you don't need to worry about old packages do you. You now have a different Fiance and know your address for the new G-325-A for yourself.
