I called NVC on Monday and was told my case is in processing and when I emailed them this morning they replied by directing me to contact the local embassy or direct all inquiries to the embassy, so does that mean our case has got to the embassy already? Hope you guys can help me

Taking in consideration other posts that I've read, regarding NVC and their timings, I would suggest you give them another call and request your new case number. IF they sent everything to the Embassy, they have to have the new number for you, and they can even tell you if it's been dispatched or not. Many other members have suggested to request to speak to a Tier 2 CSR or Supervisor when they didn't get an actual reply to their inquiry.

Hope this helps

Celeste

my brother,it seems we were all approved on the same day and it seems we are all using the Ghana embassy. So i will suggest you e-mail the embassy with your case number and find out if they have relieved it.I did last Monday and i had a reply saying, they have just received my case and the next step is to send a mail to my fiancee to come to the embassy to pick up her packets. They also said if she does not receive the letter by 15th march i should e-mail them again.use this e-mail adress: IVDVACCRA.state.gov.Just ask them if they have received your case by quoting your case number, petitioner and beneficiary's name and date of birth. You first get an automated reply first and within 5-7 days, they will actually reply to you question.

I sent them an email, abu also sent them an email.I got a system generated email back and abu got an email.Bismark.At least you should be getting the system generated email within about 5 minutes of you sending them an email.I think its just an issue of them logging in the information in the system. You dont have to even bother calling NVC anymore because they dont have it.
