I'm sure many members would like to offer you advice, but you left no details about your case.

1. Where is your case, at USCIS, NVC, USEM?

2. When did you file the petition?

3. Why does your case warrant an expedite?

"The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady of the United States, 1945.

"Retreat hell! We just got here!"

Wow! thank you very much for the quick reply..

i am very sorry i forgot to include my details here.. as i have mentioned.. im a newbie and i dont know some of the part here..

anyway..

my husband filed for a permanent visa last sept 2011 in CSC and we have received the receipt like a week after he filed it..

they said.. it took only 5 months for the spousal visa.. is that true??? we just turned 5 months now. i have viewed the timelines saying 5 months process..

any other way to expedite the papers?

Thank you so much Sir!

The only way to expedite your case (that they will approve) is if its a serious medical issue, or life threatening situation. Other than that they will not approve expedite usually.

It takes about 5-7 months at USCIS another month or two at NVC and then the interview and if there is a 221g for more documents or AP it takes a little more time so the whole process will take about 8 months to a year.

If your on F3 case then it would take priority date as well but if he's a USC now then that won't be the case you would simply receive the visa after the interview as long as there are no other issues.

at the most - the USCitizen Spouse could file a Service Request, at this stage, to find the casefile.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi there! Just looking for some advice from those out there with experience in this topic. What are the odds of having an I-130 petition expedited because upcoming military deployment? and once the deployment orders have been sent as supporting documentation to USCIS?

Thanks!

That you are past processing times for that service center, you would need to call USCIS to do this.
