OMG!! I just checked my phone text and I got a message from USCIS:

"your case had been updated, log in to your case"

I went online and my fiance petition is APPROVED!! My letter (mailed out yesterday) is on its way!

So happy and everyone that is still waiting please keep the faith.. its coming!!

:dance::dance::dance: Now on to the next step... the interview :unsure:

Filing Date: 4/15/2013

NOA1: 4/23/2013

Received RFE: 5/13/2013 (We forgot to include proof of citizenship of co-sponsor)

Mailed our response to the RFE: 5/15/2013 (We sent the co-sponsor's U.S. birth certificate)

Biometrics Appointment: 5/20/13

EAD: arrived 6/24/13

AOS: APPROVED! No interview! Approval (NOA-1 letter)Date: 9/24/2013

2 year conditional green card received 09/2013.

10 year permanent residency approved 2016.

Great news! We just got our from Vermont today as well. I haven't seen the actual letter yet, but my fiancee says it is a little confusing and doesn't give much instruction as to what happens next though, but that is does have a date in June by which something will expire. I thought it would instruct us to begin the next stage with my interview and doctors appointment etc etc... hmmm

I got my notice in the mail three days after I received the email notice.

Great news! We just got our from Vermont today as well.
