2 year personally met fiancee requirement?

i want to know if im elegible to file K1 for my fiancee.i met my fiancee since january 2010 meeting her online only.but we where just texting and talking to the phone then .i personally met her last june 2010..and have been seeing her multiple times a year in the philippines ,since then totall of 3 times i went there to be with her in the philippines.We talked already of getting married but i want to petetion her as a fiance and be married here in US.im just wondering if i already met the 2 year requirement or its better for me to just wait until june of 2012 ,2 years since i met her for the first time in person?please need advice with my situation :unsure:

Yes you are eligible to file a I-129F.

you can file

you need to meet once within the last 2 years--not 2 years ago

so if yu met her yesterday then you can file today

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

You are misinterpreting the two year met in person requirement.

You can file the i129f now.

But wait. I see that it says on your name/account that your naturalization is pending.

Just remember you can only apply for the fiance visa if the petitioner is US citizen.

As long as you met her within 2 years of filing the petition.

You can file the i129f now.

But wait. I see that it says on your name/account that your naturalization is pending.
