B2 VISA MONTREAL HELP!

hello everyone!

I applied for my B2 visitor visa and had my interview on january 24th 2012 in Montreal, Canada. Thank god my visa was approved, however, its february 9th today and I still did not receive any waybill number from them!! I have been reading a lot of posts and discussions on forms and have come to notice many people got theirs between 3 to 7 days! its been 16 days now and I still have nothing in my hands. I am very frustrated with the situation and tried to contact CSC, however they were of no help! I have a travel date set on February 18th but I can't leave without a passport!

Any advice on the situation would be highly appreciated!

We just went through this with our CR-1. I realize this is a different visa category but there are people on this forum who had their interviews 2-3 weeks ago. Our interview was on Monday and everyone's passports arrived on the same day (Tuesday this week). So it seems they process and ship passports in batches. It seems they pile up and then suddenly they will ship them all out the same day every 2-3 weeks.

If they haven't shipped it by Friday, I'd send an email to Montreal on Friday afternoon and ask when they expect to process it.
