I wanted to know, do I have to fill out a AOS if I dont have a job? or is it just for the person that will be sponsoring my husband suppose to fill out an AOS?

And another question....My dad is sponsering my sister in law and her kids right now and since hes my only sponsor do I have to wait til they get approved for him to fill and send his AOS or can he sponsor my sister in law + kids AND my husband at the same time?

Yes you still have to fill out a AOS.

Your dad can sponsor as many people as he wants as long as he earns enough money.

Ok so when I fill it out or income and when they ask for taxes would I put zero?

Our cosponsor had previously sponsored his own wife.

He had to provide all of her info, sufficient tax info/earnings, he is still his wife's sponsor, and my husband's (she arrived years ago, my husband recently arrived).

Previous sponsored immigrants count in the sponsor's household (someone correct me if I'm wrong here), until the sponsor is no longer responsible (ie the immigrant is now a citizen, left the US). Thus your father's household for the poverty guidelines will include your sister-in-law, her children, and your husband, in addition to original household members (if any).

Even if you didn't have an income, you still have to submit your tax info.
