If me and him met since high school should we put a copy of our HS Diplomas we have no pictures because we were not that close but we met through friends but I didn't know if we should place a copy of the diplomas and if it would help because it was a couple of years back.

thanks i will do that!

You attended school at the same time is primary evidence. However, keep that evidence in the back of your mind for now when it's more than two years old. The RFE is asking you to submit evidence from the time of filing the petition and up to 2 years earlier("two years immediately preceding the filing of this petition"). Anything outside that window won't do you any good as of right now, this means a new visit since filing won't be taken into consideration.

Regarding birth cert. Is this because you submitted that as proof of being a USC?

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days
