N400 and supervisor's review

Hi everyone!

I just had my interview done on January 31st in New York City at 26 Federal Plaza. I was the very last person in the entire waiting room to go in. The interview went really well, the IO was great and all was nice and dandy. At the end she gave me (and my wife since we both filed and follow the same timeline) a form N-652 with the following checked:

1. You passed the test of English and U.S. history and government.

2. Congratulations! Your application has been recommended for approval.

However a week later I received an email status update from USCIS with the following:

Application Type: N400 , APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

Your case is under review with a supervisor.

Does anyone have had any experience with such thing? What should I do? My case pretty straight forward, no arrests, no law breaking, nothing. The only thing that I could think of was that I checked "Yes" to the question if I was ever arrested etc. I had traffic ticket before (like everyone else) and I had included my driving records. The lady said it was perfectly fine and didn't really care much about it. So.... what could that be?

Or.... is everyone getting this after the interview and I should not worry?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You were arrested for a traffic ticket? I have never heard that one.I have been stopped for tickets before but never arrested.

I checked "Yes" to the question if I was ever arrested etc.

I think the poster meant "etc."

An arrest happens when a criminal suspect is taken into police custody. This typically begins immediately after the officer notifies the suspect that he or she is “under arrest.” The suspect may not need to be handcuffed, and he or she may submit voluntarily to the officer’s demands. He or she may also resist the officer, and run the risk of incurring heavier fines or more severe punishments. It is important for suspects to know their rights when they are taken into custody. This is why it is mandatory for an officer to read the suspect his or her “Miranda rights” during an arrest. Knowing the laws about traffic violations and personal rights can keep suspects safe during a roadside investigation and interrogation by arresting law enforcement officers.

I was not arrested. I simply didn't want write out the entire question from the form since everyone here is familiar with it, so I just said "I checked "Yes" to the question if I was ever arrested etc.".

Update:

just right now I received an email from USCIS with the following update:

Application Type: N400 , APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On February 7, 2012, the supervisor review of your case was completed. We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made. Please wait to receive the notice before you contact USCIS.

I guess, it's all good then?

These people are so frustrating. Why can't they simply come out and say its approved and spare you the agony of waiting for that mail.If the case is completed, why the need for "We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made" I thought the supervisor was reviewing the case so if it is now complete, why the language about a final decison. They should just come out and say it is approved already.
