As I can remember you dont need the BPI receipt because the medical fee will be done at st lukes in Philippine PEso.

St. Lukes will not try to "sell" them any vaccinations. They will give them only the vaccinations that are necessary based upon their ages and their documented vaccination history. For adults, I believe it's common to get Tdap, MMR, and flu vaccinations. I don't know about the children's requirement.

Technically, a K-1er can waive all vaccinations at St. Lukes. Under that circumstance, I believe the K-1er will then need to get vaccinated in the U.S.

I think vaccinations are part of the US embassy protocol for those who are coming to USA. You dont need to worry about that because all immunization that will be given to your fiance is already paid together with the medical fee there is no additional cost for that. It will also be for your fiance own good to get her needed vaccinations according to her age. The doctor at St Lukes is the only person who can determine if your fiance need the vaccinations or not. The cost of immunization is expensive here in US compare in the Philippines. As for the TB test yes that is required because US is very strict when it comes to communicable diseases.
