What I ment to say was ... The two years starts exactly 2 years prior from the date they look at the file.

Two years backward from the day the petition is submitted, which is the day the petitioner signs the petition.

No. A US citizen never needs a visa to enter the United States. They do, however, need a US passport.

Very funny! See the problem is its too late I think for any of that.

I've been denied entry into the us. So now I am at home and trying to figure everything out from here.

I am going to try to visit him again once more but fear that they think I am too much of an immigration risk to let me go visit.

I'm really trying to do this the right way..

I'm sure my fiancé has receipts laying around the house corresponding with dates that I have been there visiting.. I'll have him look!!

****** the best thing I have found so far is my NY ez pass statements which indicate every single toll booth I passed with dates and times!! I have these for almost every month of last year!!
