Question on DS-156 for children. What should go in Question 27, What is the purpose of your trip? For my fiancee I put Marriage and Relocation to the USA.

For the child I just put Relocation to the USA. You must use Internet Explorer or it wont print.

I am using ie, but still not printing. I have adobe 10 and running windows7. I am not a computer genius so if anyone can help me I would be most appreciative. It is only the DS-156. I have all other forms printed and ready for the embassy.

So you can see the generated form? If so try right clicking on it and saving it as a file. Then open the file and try to print it. Not sure it will work but something to try.

Tried that and it prints out on 3 pages and pagebreak in middle of 2nd page. Plus It has to actually print a barcode.. There will be a third page that has a barcode also. I guess just fill out all the questions for her and when she gets to the embassy can fill out acutual form there.

As I understand it the bar code allows them to enter the information automatically. They can enter it manually. Shouldn't be a problem. Damn computers Argh! Can't live with them and can't live without them.

LOL...I know. I guess I wouldn't be in this prediciment if it weren't for computers. I appreciate you trying to help. 2 days I have been trying. Tired of doing anymore. Think I will quit on it.
