Thanks and just in case I get a RFE for the passport picture background color, I already got the correct passport pictures.

RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12

NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

Hi I sent in my I-129 application on 2/1/12. I noticed that the passport background picture that I attached for me and my fiance g-325a was not white but dark blue. When I visited the Philippines I and my fiancee asked the photographer for passport pictures and didn't realize the background color was wrong as per I-129 instructions. Should I expect a RFE from the USCIS? I sent my application to the Vermont Service Center.

Hey dont sweat it, this is NOT a big deal ! You may have some delay if they send a RFE, but thats it! This is easily and quickly fixable if your proactive NOW while you are waiting. Just have her go NOW and have the proper passport photos made. Make 10-12 at the same time as its cheaper and you will need more later in the process.
