Hi all. Wanted to take the opportunity to say hello. I've been visiting the site here for weeks, preparing the mostrocity that was my K-1 application. I joined just this morning, just after dropping off the completed package at the post office. I'm excited, terrified, and prepared to dig in for the wait that I know is on the horizon. Connie and I are anxious to be together, but we both know that it's going to take some time. Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone who has posted information that I used to complete the paperwork thus far. Though unknowingly, you've all helped me a great deal. Without the resources and personal stories I've found here, I wouldn't have made it THIS far. Thank you! I look forward to walking alongside all of you as my own journey begins!

If you sent it to VSC, it is likely that it will be sent back to you. The instructions state to send it to the Texas sorting facility.

OOPS! You should have sent it to the Dallas lockbox.

Have a look here. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1872aca797e63110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

They will probably be sending it back to you.

OUCH!!!! Not a good start to your visa journey.

As others have mentioned, the USCIS instructions clearly state sending your petition to the Dallas lockbox. Hopefully they will send it back to you without much delay.

Post back with updates on the start of your filing process.

Good luck.
