Hallo Maedels,

hab mal ne frage an euch:

Und zwar sitze ich gerade mal wieder ueber der beantragung von nem neuen reisepass. Naja und da muss man die Nummer von der greencard oder gueltigem Visum angeben. Nur hab ich ja nun beides noch nicht.

Hat das schonmal jemand ausgefuellt ohne diese angaben?? Auf der website steht, dass man, wenn man keine gueltige Aufenthaltsgenehmigung hat, nen Antrag bei BSCIS stellen muss indem steht, dass man nicht die amerikanische staatsangehoerigkeit hat oder sie beantrgat hat. Nur es steht auch da, das die antraege in der regel maehrere monate dauern.

Ich sollte also meine greencard hoffentlich eher haben als die die info haben....ausserdem kostets wieder geld :(

Bin grad ganz schoen genervt, weil ich ausser meinem pass keine art von ID habe und selbst mein pass hat ja noch meinen alten namen und laeuft im juli aus :(

Meinen Fuehrerschein hab ich noch immer nicht umtauschen koennen, weil die in flensburg mir zwar mein schreiben geschickt haben, aber leider haben die meinen namen koplett falsch geschrieben :(

Naja hab jetzt zum dritten mal ein angefordert. Jetzt schauen wir mal. Nicht das die wenn ich endlich alle sachen habe, die mir sagen, das die mir den fuehrerschein nicht geben koennen, weil ich ja keine gueltige aufenthaltsgenehmigung habe :(

Ach mir geht das grad alles ganz schoen an die nieren.

Dann haben sie heute bei uns auch noch das wasser abgestellt. Irgendwie hats heute nacht wohl den warm water heater bei uns im haus entschaerft und die muessen das komplette ding wechseln. So ein Mist. Naja hoffen wir mal, dass die heute noch damit fertig werden. Schatzi muste heute abend schon eiskalt duschen (armer schatzi) ....naja dagabs wenigstens noch wasser.....nu is alles abgestellt :(

Hach wie ich hier doch technik liebe. Elektrik am meisten. :) wenn sie mal nicht ausgefallen ist ;D

So, nu hab ich mal dampf abgelassen. Sorry, muste mal raus!

12/19/08 - second Biometrics letter

12/26/09 - went to Boston for Biometrics Appointment - THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

01/13/09 - Biometrics Appointment in Boston

01/13/09 - several phonecalls to uscis to find out where my extension letter is - will send out extension letter which will take up to 3 weeks

01/21/09 - phonecall to uscis about the extension letter. They are still working on the service request! told me to go to an infopass

appointment

01/22/09 - went to SS office to get a new SS-card. They won't issue a new one because me GC expires in 2 weeks.

01/22/09 - talked to the Office of my congressman. They will look into the issue and call me back - hopefully!!!!

01/26/09 - talked to the Office of the congressman. She read an email to me from USCIS stating that they sent out the letter on Friday!

They said I should have it in 7 days! So now we wait.....again!

01/29/09 - extension letter received!

05/15/09 - Removal of conditions approved :) ..waiting for actual card now :)

06/01/09 - Card in the mail!

Kriegt man eigentlichgesagt, was man alles mitbringen muss?

Danke! Und ja, man bekommt gesagt, was man mitbringen muss - auf der Intervieweinladung ist eine Checkliste, die ich zwar teilweise etwas vage formuliert finde ("all visa related documents ever issued to you" und sowas), aber zumindest grob ne Richtung angibt.

Mit dem heater ist ja sch***, ich hoffe, dass das schnell repariert werden kann.

hey,

noch ne Frage zur Namensaenderung!

Mit welchem namen muss ich denn unterschreiben? Mit dem neuen oder mit dem alten?? Es steht da man soll mit dem derzeit gefuehrten namen unterschreiben. Alle meine dokumente hier (also atm karte usw. ) sind im neuen namen. Ich fuehre hier sozusagen meinen neuen namen. Aber der is ja noch nicht offiziell geaendert..meinen die dann meinen maiden name??

Ich hab mit meinem neuen Namen unterschrieben, da ich ihn ja auf diesen Namen geaendert haben moechte. Die Nummer der Greencard ist die AOS NOA, die ihr bekommen habt. Allerding weiss ich nicht, ob du das schon auf den Antrag schreiben kannst, da du ja noch keine Greencard hast.

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

danke evi,

ich schick nu erstmal die namensaenderung nach berlin (standesamt eins richtig?) und dann warte ich auf ne antwort vom konsulat hier in boston wegen dem pass. Ich hab versucht anzurufen, da war aber keiner zu erreichen und hab nu ne email geschrieben. Ich hoffe die antworten recht schnell.

Die Nummer der Greencard ist die AOS NOA, die ihr bekommen habt.

Ah super! Das wollte ich grade fragen :whistle: auf der Karte stehen einfach zuuuuu viele Nummern drauf! Merci :D

Ich hab grad ne antwort vom Konsulat bekommen und die meinen, ich soll einfach den passantrag mit antrag zur namenerklaerung einschicken und dokumente beifuegen, dass das aos noch bearbeitet wird. Puuuh, jetzt kann ich wenigstens nen neuen pass beantragen :)

Hey ihr alle!!!

Hab mehr durch Zufall den Weg in das deutsche Forum hier gefunden. Soweit ich gelesen habe, seid Ihr überwiegend schon in Amerika?! Glückwunsch! Bis dahin liegt noch einige Zeit vor mir, hoffe aber, dass es nicht allzu lange dauert!

Habe heute auf jeden Fall schon mal den Auflösungsvertrag auf der Arbeit unterschrieben mit Ende 30.04.!

Denke, dass ich dann Mitte/Ende Mai zu meinem Schatzi kann :) (immer optimistisch bleiben)

Bin echt froh das Forum hier entdeckt zu haben, wird mir bestimmt noch einigen Stress und Kummer in der Zukunft bewahren!!!

Naja, wünsche euch noch einen schönen Abend und bis denne :)

Hallo Diana, herzlich Willkommen in unserer kleinen Kaffeeklatschrunde. Das I129F ist auf dem Weg und nun koennt ihr ja erstmal nur warten.
