That is awesome!! Congratulations!!! Now I'm really wondering about ours. Ours was confirmed as arrived on 11/16/12. I hate this waiting!!!!

Quick question, once the 10 year card is approved, can I file the N400 after 3/2013?

Yes, please explain!! I guess we are going to make an infopass for the stamp too. Sent in the RFE response on 11/16/12 and STILL haven't heard a word about the card. When we called uscis they said to call back AFTER 01/16/13 to ask for a service request!! NOT HAPPY!

I checked online yesterday and it shows 1/14/2013 the new card is being send \:D/

As for I-551 question, it shows that on the USCIS letter as the actual green card.

?? You mean, you haven't received your card after approval?? Some explanation please!

They sent a card but screwed up the name on it so we filed form I-90 and sent it back. Frustratingly, for a long time the infopass webpage said that no appointment times were available. Finally one time opened up so we jumped on it and got the I-551 stamp. Hopefully they'll just hurry up and send a correct and accurate green card at some point. We're coming up on a year now.

Ok after waiting a full year for the removal of conditions for hubby's greencard, we are going to the interview tomorrow! I've been working my tail end off getting everything I can think of together to show.

Hi ray83, sorry about your long wait... Well, you can put service request at the infopass appointment ask them what's happening on your case.

And if you still married and are thinking about getting US citizenship, go ahead and file N-400 without I-751 result. Good luck !!
