Expedite news.. Finally got something..

Ok got a an email saying i need to submit documents when i already sent them with the i-130 packet. Maybe they lost? I have the letter from the dr in phoenix saying what she has that she needs treatment blah blah and that i need to be there as i am the only oe trsined to do the feeding tube, and iam her main caretaker due tomy hsband work and school. Shouldi get the public health dr here to write something too or that letter and ours explaining what she has been thru is enough. Thank you guys

since you've already submitted them, you have copies in yer file at yer house and

you were given a fax # to fax to, yes?

What's the issue, really?

Smells to me like the written expedite has not been reviewed; and instead - yer doing (yer husband is doing) a telephonic intake for an expedite request - which requires a faxed set of evidence.

I feel that way too. My husband later confirmed that the envelope sent to uscis had expedite written and just a sticker from fedex so they really did not look on it until i made him call last monday which did nothing then he called again friday thats when they put the expedite request. I only got to know because i emailed nscs csc again ssying that they did not give me a referal. They saidi can just scan and email documents so my hubby is doing tonight.

Idk why they did not look at the packet lol. Good thng i made him call.will email today as soon as he emails me.

Lord is awesome i knew he would not let us go thru this pain again

I'm sorry - what you've written above - tells me that the expedite request in the I-130 submittal packet was not reviewed, prior. Now there is document intake for a 'telephonic request' via fax.

You really not wish to try to wait 3 weeks since NOA-1 date, to follow up on written expedite request, right? Now there are two paths, one not visible to you because the written expedite request has NOT been reviewed, and another path for telephonic expedite request.

IMO, you've created more confusion with USCIS humans.

Darnell- have no idea what you tried to ssy but ok. Expedite request is in order just sent documents by email.

I felt like by some unknown reason you tried to be rude. Yes for some reason they did not look at the expedite on packet but they did a request by phone now they have the papers they said i should hear an answer soon.
