I guess I didn't phrase my topic properly! I do know what to do next and putting my package together to send to my fiance' in Manila. My questions is how do i know the NVC recieved my petition and when do I get notified the USEM recieved it? I could as much insight on this next phase!

Thanks,

I have read that for a K1 you will need to speak to a person when you call the NVC to get your case number. The automated line won't give you the info you need. We got our NOA2 approved 1-13-12. I called once last week and they didn't have us in their system yet. I plan on calling again Monday. Good luck.

The next step I would advice you is that you need to start gathering as much supporting documents you need to send to your Fiancee. Send a copy of the K-1 package you've sent and forward it to your Fiancee for her future interview. Call NVC and ask for the CASE NUMBER if they have it and also ask if they already sent it to US Embassy Manila. Just follow the K-1 Visa Guidelines and I would recommend for you to start working on your affidavit of support to send to your fiancee
