Is your fiance a US citizen? I dont see it listed. If he is not you can not use the K-1. You will have to do the CR-1 if he is a green card holder. Just FYI....

Ghana wait can be long for either. Things can speed up and then slow down with no warning, so be prepared for the wait....

YES PLEASE HES A UNITED STATES CITIZEN AND WE JUST STARTED THE PROCESS TODAY.I GUESS ONE HAS TO HAVE A LOT OF PATIENCE TO GO TRU THIS FILLING.ITS VERY STRESSFULL :(.THNX FOR UR RESPONSE .:)

Be sure that your fiance's divorce was finalized before you started your relationship/file. It could cause a denial if he's not free to remarry.

I wish you well...welcome to the journey!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR UR RESPONSE YES HIS DIVORCE WAS FINALIZED,HE HA BEEN DIVORCED FOR A YEAR AND SOME MONTHS. IS THAT A GOOD OR BAD THING? :( LOL
