My paper has been forwarded to the Embassy yesterday, July 9. I'm so happy.... The question now is where should I call to find out if it received by the consulate or not? Can someone help me answer this question please? Thank you.

You can also try this method to see if you can find your package. Make sure you read the last page of that thread too, because the formatting changed July 3rd apparently. Now there is no space between the month and the year anymore.

I'm pretty sure I have found mine (Waybill: 9325817524) and it has arrived on July 9th.

Hey guys, the lady at my fiance's congressman's office phoned today to follow-up with him. She told him that she had emailed VSC first thing last Thursday morning.. (the same day we got our RFE email).. Hmmmm coincidence?? I don't think so.

I'm sorry for your RFE That's exactly what happened to us though. We were approved the day after our congressman's office contacted them. I don't think it was a coincidence either.

Our visa came in the mail today, just over a week since the interview Glad to have this part out of the way, but it does feel like ####### posting good news when everybody's not approved..

I'm sorry for your RFE That's exactly what happened to us though. We were approved the day after our congressman's office contacted them. I don't think it was a coincidence either.

I think it has nothing to do with your congressman contacting them... your petition was most probably with the adjudicator already congress people cannot do much before 6 months otherwise we would all be approved by now...

Well, I am currently writing this to you while being sat on the train to London. I know for some of you his is going to seem like I am running things into your faces however I promise you it isn't. While myself and kitty have our medical, I think its safe to say that we and our partners all wish you weren't going through this horrible and painful wait.

mid january filers whats up. cant wait for next week to start using every resource we have to go on the attack @ VSC if we dont get approved by then. this long wait is killing me

I'm going to do this too. I'm calling again today to try to put in a service request with Tier 2. It'll be 6 months next Tuesday for me, and I'm tired of waiting and waiting with no hope in sight. All of us should get our NOA2s this month.

It's too late to add on to my first post, but the petition right before mine got approved yesterday! That's the closest they've come to mine so I'm very hopeful.

well if you are unable to do it today, they should definitely let you put in the service request next Tuesday 6 months! ridiculous! Glad we are almost there though, here is hoping that we will actually be able to get some answers... but we have been let down so many times that I don't really know what to believe! At least we have a letter from the USCIS that states that nothing can be done until we hit 6 months! something in writing at least...

Yeah, it's something. We're all taking whatever we can get right now, it seems. I can see them moving some more adjucators to K1s this week as they'll get a flood of calls, service requests, and congressional inquiries next week and the week after if they don't. They'll be getting an inquiry and a service request from me, you can count on that.

I certainly hope all of you mid-January filers hear something this week... absolutely ridiculous that you are all so close to the 6 month mark... I can't imagine how the February and March filers are feeling at this point.

Yes they contacted USCIS and got the info in writing. They actually sent us a letter they got from the USCIS. Well I guess I prefer stuff in writing at this stage just as a proof. They could call us and tell us anything really but as long as we have a letter, we know exactly what USCIS came back with...

Also when anyone rings and makes a service request, remember to make a note of the inquiry you are going to get from Tier 2! I forgot to remind Terry but we realized yesterday he made a note of it! That's the only proof you have that you actually made an inquiry

I was just looking at Igor's list and only 15 VJ petitions approved since June 26th?

6 of those were December

2 of those were February

7 from January....

What the heck are they doing??
