Mostly, yes. expect the PCC not to be returned.

However, the instructions say to send original PLUS a photocopy,

so if you not submit a photocopy of yer stuff, bring a photocopy of yer stuff on interview day, trade photocopies for originals.

See http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Why do they have to make things so difficult? would be so much easier if we gave them all copies and gave originals at time of interview. sigh

I inquired about this a while back and was informed by NVC that originals were returned at the time of interview.

hi there, seems like were in the same exact boat...almost, i'm waiting for my husband to send the IV package, just paid the bill now,

i have a question for you, in spain, you have to register with the civil registry? Civil Status Certificates

Available only to persons who are registered in a census (empadronamiento)." Certificado de Fe de Vida y Estado" is requested from the Registro Civil of the applicant's domicile.

I am not registered in Spain as my husband's wife yet, because we have been focused on him coming to the states, will this be a problem?

Thank u so much
