Hello All,

I'm trying to get a hold of the USCIS in California, tried calling the Toll Free number about my case. Is there a direct # to the Office? I'm getting the automated machine and it's driving me crazy and I need to talk to a representative.. Is that possible?? Thanks!

I had to select the option where you changed your address before I got a human. Their system is terrible, and no matter what the USCIS website says, no matter what you read, there's apparently no way to select an option to speak to a representative. It this were typical Government bureaucratic nonsense, it'd be bad enough, but the fact that you're paying good money for the service it makes it nigh intolerable.

Just keep pressing "0". Another way is to not press anything, and wait for the operator.

I tried that. The USCIS automated service just says "The option you selected is not available on this menu". When I tried pressing "0" again, they hung up on me and I had to start over again.

That sucks! It works on most systems. Someone said try the changing address option to get a human.
