Hi All,

Quick question. My wife's interview is at the end of this month and we were discussing what she should wear and how to dress for the interview. I thought that she should probably wear a traditional salwar kurta dress and maybe even her bridal bangels. Any thoughts or suggestions?

A professional look will do it. My fiance wore a suit and I wore a sweater dress. Slacks and blouse or a nice dress, is just fine.

I think that's a little overkill. You don't want to overdress. That will look more suspiceous than anything else. Just dress somewhat professional. or casual. On that note, I got my last F-1 visa wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

You can wear anything that would make you look sharp and clean.

I would recommend wear appropriate for your visa type.

I have done my H1 stamping in jeans, B1 was little formal with slacks, and I think CR1 I did it in jeans.
