Can i make my soon to be wife's appointment for her interview once they send her packet 3. Or do they just make one for her. The reason I ask is I want to be there with her. And I wonder if I can get a heads up on getting my tickets and arranging my time off at work.

you can down load package. the request for scheduling issues early appointments e. mail to ivmnlappointments@state.gov look at the manila philippines embassy info, for more information.
