You might want to look up the reasons that are eligible for an expedite.

Yes you can expedite. I was successful with just a simple phone call. Every case is different. Good luck. I think the Supervisor Sue aspect is for the NVC expedite. To clarify, I am positive it is for the NVC, but not sure if it pertains to the USCIS as well...

To the OP, good luck. If he has family or friends that he can go to stay with, this is a prime time to do it. I don't know how popular couchsurfing is in Brazil, but that might be an option to help him out.

That's exactly what I thought when I read that post but no sadly my husband doesn't have many friends around this area because he didn't go to school here and works for himself so not many people would lend a hand and Definetly I'll keep you guys posted on this horrible situation

I am sure it is serious case. First your husband have to report to police about the threat provide the police accepts the allegation based on a few evidences.

Then prepare a professional letter and send along with the death certificate and police report about your husband threat

We did try to file a report and they said they can't do anything about it
