You still have a few month wait...

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between March 18, 2012 and March 30, 2012*.

My petition was recieved on November 15, 2011. On the last update of my case it shows 11/18/2011. On the 18th of this month, my petition would have been in the hands of USCIS for 2 months. So why haven't i been... "Touched"... I see other people getting touched all the time, is my case non-touchable? Ugh...

Don't know about VSC being quick, with an August 12, 2011 NOA1 date @ VSC, we still haven't heard a thing... 7 days until the theoretical 5 month window is up.... Trying to maintain my inner peace is getting harder..

So I see, I am not the only one. It gives me a little ease to know, because im not singled out, BUT, this shouldn't be happening to ANYONE of us! They should do this quicker IMHO.

I hope all of us get our NOA2 fast because supposely, they will be rushing with the old petitions to catchup with the newer ones.

Mine was never touched, and approved within the time frame! Don't worry about touches, and STOP checking the USCIS website as the dot will most likely move once, and it may not even move until after you get your email/text anyway, so don't worry about it. It's gonna be a loooonnnnng few months if you keep checking! lol! find something to take your mind off it and just relax until your NOA2 comes rolling in! Good luck! :)

If you do have an account in the USCIS website, then you should be able to log in and view your case. Checkout where it says "Last update" that's how you'll know.

Oh, and btw, update your timeline :P

2 months???

Be patient.

I think, the good news is usually, the Dominican Republic apps get approved a little faster.

I could be wrong.

Of course, that assuming that all is in order in your app.

And, if that is the case, I bet you get approved in about 2 more months.

Amen to that! I think i setup my petition extremely neat and organized. So they shouldn't have a hard time at all. (Hopefully)
