try a convo with an ISO, first, with the USCIS hotline.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

you have 2 shots at this:

1. get an ISO http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm and get it sorted out over the telephone.

or

2. walk in to the local CBP secondary inspection / deferred inspection office closest to you (no appointment needed), get the shift supervisor, tell him/her that the cbp officer at the POE messed it up, and that you want it (visa designation) corrected on the spot, with a work order to issue the correct card coming from his/her office. Don't leave until you see the work order generated.

POE is the event that triggers Card Production. If you enter AFTER your 2 Year Anniversary then a 10 Year Greencard (without conditions) should be issued.
