Request for further evidence!!!

Hi all, this is my first time posting question here. I really need good suggestions from all you friends here. I really appreciate your time for reading my topic.

I submitted my application to remove conditions in May and I recently got an RFE that I would suffer extreme hardship if i were to be deported. I would like to explain my situation.

We got married in 2008 and were in a good faith and everything was bona fide. We live happily together until April 2011 when my husband committed a suicide. The reason was mostly because of the stress from work (he work in a psychiatric hospital, he was a nurse), and there were also some misunderstandings between us. He recently passed away in July 2011 and I have been suffering from his death.

I filed my paper work in May 2011. At that time he was still in a hospital unconscious so that was why we could not file jointly. My lawyer put the reason was the termination of my status would result in an extreme hardship because I would not be able to stay and get through this miserable time with my husband. My husband died in July and now they send me an RFE to ask for evidence that I would suffer if i got deported (if i got illness, unable to make my living, psychological impact...etc).

I honestly do not know what I should submit. I was thinking that I would type a letter explaining hardships that I would encounter ( I already suffered enough from my husband's death...), along with my husband's death certificate and more evidence such as more bank statements, his paycheck and my paycheck with the same address, more photos ( I already submitted tax returns, car insurance, health benefits, flight tickets, banks).

Please Please help me because I really do not know what kind of EVIDENCE i should submit since I don't have any illness and we did not have any child together.

Thank you

I'm so so sorry, that's the worst thing that could happen :((F)

I don't know if my advice is ok, but maybe you could go see a therapist/counselor/phycologist (I just don't know how these are called here) who could later write a letter saying that you had to have some sort of therapy because of your husband's death? He/she could also state how you feel and that you need to stay here to go on with the therapy. Well, something like that.

Also, maybe you could say that you take care of your spouse's parents or keep contact with them, etc, and ask for a few letters (affidavits) from them as well?

I really feel for you. Let the new year bring you as much happiness and as less bad news as possible!
