NVC issues / lost or misplaced Petition

I received our I-797 on December 7 that our I-129F was approved. Unfortunately as of December 26 our Petition has not arrived at the NVC. Here are the steps I have taken so far.

Steps

1) NVCInquiry@state.gov

Results: Petition has not been received

2) NVCResearch@state.gov {Now researching the issue since it has been more the 15 days.}

Their was another similar thread recently you might research that one also. Lost in space sucks. Keep on it, you got your I797 at least. Seems to be a lot of slow this time of year, vacations holidays etc.

I am not worried yet After calling the NVC, they gave me the steps to the process to locate my application since it has been more than 15 days.

I got my NOA2 on Nov 30, and NVC could only locate the file and confirm they received it on Dec 19. However they received it on Dec 12. So I wouldn't be too worried right now. They're being slow, I still don't have a case number yet.

They have probalby received it already, and it's gonna show up any day now. When we were still waiting for a received they insisted it was gonna take 15 business days.

Thanks for the Good to know there are several people in the same boat. It is the Holiday season
